Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. Carriers are not responsible for any issues related to message receipt, including delays, filtering, or message failures.

You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to receive SMS/MMS messages at the provided number. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Once you have confirmed that you want to purchase your item(s), you are legally committed to this, and cannot receive a refund/return due to the nature of the product you have purchased. PLEASE NOTE - these are digital downloads/templates. No physical product will be shipped.

9. Termination

You may opt out of our services at any time. Just text "STOP" to (805) 340-5771. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. We may suspend or terminate messaging services to any user without notice if we believe the user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied. RE Success, LLC. is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our messaging services. Due to the digital nature of our products, please note we cannot accept returns or offer refunds so please make sure the file is what you want before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
